Case Resolution Overview 2023-07-26

We’re proud to announce an addition to the My Data product, part of Synctera Insights’ My Data compendium.

This addition includes the Case Resolution Overview table, which enables Insights users to see aggregated Case creation and resolution data relevant to them / their entities.

Launch Date: 2023-07-26

The changes are as follows:

• A new table and entry in the My Data dashboard case_resolution_overview_external
• A gorgeous new sample dashboard allowing our customers to take exploratory journeys through it

This new dataset will enable Insights customers to understand:

• Case Creation Volumes (for estimation of future workloads, and trend estimation)
• Case Resolution Volumes (for audit / transparency on timing)
