Only users with the ability to link external accounts can complete this process. The built-in Restricted External Accounts role allows this and can be assigned by any of your administrators within the Console's User Management section.
How to Link Your Account:
- Log in to the Synctera console.
- Navigate to Fintechs Accounts under the Operations section on the left side.
- Click on the blue button on the right side that says “Link New External Accounts”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to securely connect your Operational and Reserve accounts.
