After finalizing your contract with Synctera, you will be your Synctera Implementation and Onboarding (I&O) specialist. This person will be your single point of contact during the onboarding process and will guide you through all the steps.
Set up the ABA routing number(s) for your BaaS program
You will need to get one new, separate routing number for your BaaS program. This allows for cleanly separated payment flows, clear delineation between your BaaS program and your other lines of business, and requires no changes with your core vendor, since the separate file locations can be specified for the ACH network.
